Bob Taylor acquisition; name change to Engman-Taylor Co., Inc. (ETCO)

1963

Appleton, WI operation established

1974

Dick Star & Ed Melicher purchase company from Taylor; name remains

1978

Rockford, IL operation (Rockford Cutting Tools & Abrasives/RCTA) established

1983

Melicher retires, leaving Star as sole owner

1986

Peoria, IL operation (Jacobsen & Daw/J & D) is purchased

1987

Integrated Supply program initiated

1990

RCTA moves to present Machesney Park location

Innovative Machine Tool Sales (IMTS) capital equipment unit established

Appleton operation moves to new facility

Beloit, WI operation (Beloit Industrial Supply) is acquired
