Building relationships with the community we live in.
Engman-Taylor is committed to building strong relationships in its communities. Team ET regularly competes in charitable events such as the American Lung Association Fight for Air Stair Climb. So far more than $20,000 has been raised just through this one event. The company was also the presenting sponsor of the 2014 and 2015 Pancreatic Cancer Action Network Purple Stride Walk/Run.
Other organizations and charitable concerns that Engman-Taylor supports include the Brookfield Brewers youth baseball program, the Rockford Symphony Orchestra, the Lombardi Cancer Clinic, several veterans’ charities, the Red Cross, the Special Olympics, the Good Samaritan Outreach Center, the House of Peace, the Women's Center of Waukesha County, Al's Run, and numerous children’s and veterans' charities. The company frequently provides employee contribution matching for disaster relief, fund raising campaigns, and charitable events.
Many local clubs and teams are also supported by donations from Engman-Taylor. Swim teams, bowling teams, little league, and even the occasional go-cart are often sponsored. We have several coaches, assistant coaches, and parent volunteers working here as well.
Last, but not least, are students supported by donations of time, money, and equipment. We are especially interested in helping students seeking careers in industrial sales, manufacturing and engineering. Numerous interns are, and have been, trained through our internship program at Engman-Taylor Company. Frequent scholarships are also offered through local colleges and universities.
